Discovery
Discovery is our data-driven method for getting beneath the surface of your organization. We combine measurement, conversation, and analysis to identify strengths, uncover pain points, understand the relational patterns influencing people’s experiences, and determine where targeted action can make the greatest difference.
How Discovery Works
Everything we do is grounded in data. Discovery combines proprietary measurement tools, facilitated conversations, and data-informed analysis to reveal organizational strengths, surface challenges, and identify opportunities for meaningful impact.
Instead of guessing where to focus or what your people need, you’ll receive:
A measurable baseline of social and relational health
Clear insight into the behaviors and relational patterns shaping your culture
A deeper understanding of organizational strengths, pain points, and opportunities
Actionable recommendations based on your organization’s data
A targeted skill-building plan aligned with your organization’s needs
-
Supportive Culture Pre-Survey: An anonymous survey that provides a temperature read on the climate of support and connectedness across your organization.
Supportive Culture Scorecard: A comprehensive summary of your organization’s findings, including key strengths, areas for improvement, and meaningful patterns within the data. We review the scorecard with leadership and facilitate a consultative conversation to identify priorities and determine next steps.
Qualitative Data Gathering
The numbers tell us what people are experiencing. Conversations help us understand why.
Through facilitated discussions, we explore where people feel seen, acknowledged, and supported, where relational breakdowns occur, and what may be getting in the way of communication, trust, and performance.
Quantitative Data Gathering
Quantitative data provides an organization-wide view of how employees experience support, connection, and relational health in the organization. Depending on your needs, we can analyze existing data or collect new insights through proprietary surveys and validated measures.
-
Think Sprints: Brief quick-write and pair-and-share exercises that spark ideas and collaborative problem-solving
Small-Group Discussions: Facilitated conversations about the moments in which people may feel unseen, unheard, or unsupported.
Anonymous written feedback: A space for honest input and perspectives that participants may not feel comfortable sharing aloud.
Strategic Sense-Making: Collaborative interpretation of key themes, along with practical ideas for addressing recurring challenges and strengthening culture.
Think Sprints, Group Discussion, & Strategy: Small group discussion of the trends and situations where others may not feel seen, acknowledged, and validated —and solutions to address these scenarios.
Targeted
Action Plan
Together, these insights become the foundation for a targeted action plan tailored to your organization. The plan identifies priority areas, recommends practical next steps, and outlines the skills and strategies most likely to strengthen the human capability your organization needs.
-
From there, we’ll use the insights gathered from both the survey, workshop, and over-arching goals of the team/organization to generate a targeted action plan for your team.
